The first Saturday Action Rally in the new House of Justice, Harlem A New House of Justice
Harlem · The House of Justice

A New Home for an Old Fight

For the first time, the Saturday Action Rally gathered inside National Action Network's own House of Justice, the historic Harlem firehouse the movement now owns outright. Rev. Jesse Jackson named the movement's first home, 1941 Madison Avenue, the House of Justice, and the name traveled with the people ever since, to the storefront at 106 West 145th Street, and now to Hancock Place. On Saturday, July 18, 2026, they gathered in a home the movement holds in its own name.

The House of Justice was never a building. It was a promise. Now the promise has walls, a deed, and doors that open every Saturday at nine.
