Sharpton Keynotes the Social Justice Hour in Washington

In Washington, DC on July 22, Rev. Al Sharpton spoke at the Progressive National Baptist Convention's 65th Annual Session as the keynote speaker for the Social Justice Hour.

Delivered from the podium at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, the address came as the convention marked its 65th year of fellowship, progress, service, and peace — and as the fight for civil rights, voting rights, and equal justice enters another decisive chapter.

At a time when our rights, our vote, and our future are under attack, we must continue to organize, mobilize, and stand together for justice.

The fight continues, and so must we.
